Katherine Heigl reveals how growing up as a child in a 'white bubble' has impacted the way that she raised her multiracial family. I asked Meg whether, while she was out with her parents she got a particular treatment and when out alone, she got a completely different one. Meg replied "Oh Yes! All the time!" It made me realize I was so ignorant," Heigl said to parents. She became enraged at the time, and chose to use that anger to support her two adopted daughters. The couple, who are married to Josh Kelley and their son Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr. 4 have been together for thirteen years. They were adopted by Nancy Leigh from South Korea at the age of 12 in 2009. and then Adalaide whom was eight years old old and is Black in 2012.
