Jo Lindner was a German bodybuilder fitness model and a social media personality who became famous for the fitness-related tips tricks and routines that he uploaded to his Instagram account. Jo died in 2023 age 30, from an aneurysm. His neck hurt just before his passing. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed the death of his friend by sharing it on Instagram. His former partner Nicha was also on the same page.
