Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He is a part of the board for Biblical Counseling.
